<p>松胸才能开始练内功</p><p>自从前几天松胸以后,昨天上午感觉横隔膜有松的感觉。晚上在飞机上,为了对抗飞机下降时耳膜的疼痛感,主动放松鼻咽。自此,感觉胸部气息上下通畅。</p><p>今天早上,边练起势,边调整呼吸。由于横隔膜和鼻咽放松好,呼吸非常深,感觉能深到脚。</p><p>然后感觉,横隔膜下降时,全身末梢都能感觉到力量。也许,这就是内功的力量?</p><p>行拳时充分利用这种力量,腿部根本可以做到很放松,因为腿部根本就不用支撑身体的力量。</p><p>以前一直未行拳的推动力感到苦恼:又要放松,有要不用力,推动力从何而来?</p><p>如果充分利用呼吸时产生的力量,则在身体转换时确实一点也不需要肌肉的力量,这也就解释了毫不用力。</p><p>我觉得,这种力量是身体细胞的收缩力,这种力量有别于肌肉的力量,一次是全身的整体力量。这种力量远远强于肌肉的力量。关键是如何锻炼并强化。</p><p>其实,人体的活力就来自于细胞的生命力,这也就是太极拳练好了能够真正养生的原因:从身体健康的最基础的细胞开始锻炼。</p><br /><div align="right"><font color="#000066">[此贴子已经被作者于2007-7-31 15:49:30编辑过]</font></div>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-1 08:22:00
<p>松喉方能虚灵顶劲。</p><p>松喉则颈松。颈松则上下对拔。加上鼻咽松,则拔劲达于顶,此为顶劲。</p><p>颈下拔之劲经背至脚而至地,则整个身体呈对拔状。</p><p>如能由胸松至横隔膜,松至腹,则在腹内可找到几何意义上的一点,由顶悬至此。此点能安,则身体自然中正安舒。身形变化,也无不出于此点。</p><p>推手之时,对方如若拉我,我将上顶之劲松去,随他,则其必然要拉动我全身重量,加上杠杆的作用,必然感觉重逾千斤。</p><p></p><p></p><p>另外,心中若有压缩力,细胞力,则身体必然僵直。不可有此念。</p>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-1 20:22:00
<p>这几天两个上臂特别酸。看来以前两支胳膊确实没有松。</p><p>这两天在着力练习虚灵顶劲。目前的关键问题看来是颈部没松。估计脖子以及脖子和肩连接处有一段难过的时间。</p><p>如果将腹内之几何意义上的点松到脚底下,不知道效果会怎样?今天有尝试,好像即不好,也不坏。</p><p></p>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-1 20:28:00
<p>颈能松,喉自然能松。二者的关系应当是先松颈,再松喉。或者是两者一起松?</p><p>收下腭应该是被动行为。主动行为应该是后脑中部往上一提,下颚自然回收。也就是大脑在纵向有一个旋转。</p><p>这个旋转将颈部自然往上拔。然后将拔起的颈部轻轻放在背部。</p><p>这样顶劲就有了。</p><p>自己的体会,不知对不对,各位老师指教!</p>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-1 20:48:00

<p>这两天练拳,才发现以前练拳有重要错误:颈部没有参与到整体的运动和整体的松中间来。</p><p>以前的颈部是自然的松,结果实际上是懈。颈部懈则压死在全身上,全身则自然压死在脚上。</p><p>颈部不松,则肩不能松,则手不能松。</p><p>颈部不松,不能参与到整体的运动,则中正安舒并不能时时保证。</p>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-3 07:39:00
<p>与头有关的对拔有三个:头与脚的对拔,头与手的对拔及头与胸(会阴)的对拔。</p><p>对拔则能将身体撑圆,拳架才能走圆。</p><p>对拔初期,往往会有一些僵硬,因为这个时候身体内劲不足,必须依靠僵力拔身体撑开。</p><p>行拳日久,随着内劲逐渐充足,僵力日久也自然消去。这是就可以松了。</p><p>松得越久,则内劲养得越久,则身体依法能松。这是一个良性的增强的循环。</p><p></p>fengzh0126 发表于 2007-8-3 14:50:00
