mso-char-indent-size: 14.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 標楷體; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Courier New'; mso-ascii-font-family: 細明體">五、立禪的功效:立禪初學者可強化腎經能量,根據王唯工博士<u>氣的樂章</u>一書中研究,初學者練立禪(其書中稱為站樁功)後馬上以經絡儀量測,可測得腎經能量明顯提高。腎經能量中醫稱為「先天之氣」,實為將下半身血液送回心臟的能量,心臟有充分的血液回流才能有充分的血液送出,也能減輕心臟的負荷。故腎經在血液循環中扮演非常重要的角色,腎經能和心臟充分配合完成血液循環在中醫稱為「心腎相交」。如此全身血液循環可逐步改善,最後達到「打通任督」的境界。立禪又可代替坐禪,目前一般人腎經大都不好,其實不適合坐禪,不坐沒事,坐下去可能「未蒙其利先受其害」,反坐出一身病來。而且很多人不坐雜念不來,一坐下去雜念紛沓而來,立禪則較不會有雜念。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt;
