晨练感想
<font size="5"> 冬天晨练,皓月当空,灯火昏暗。时对影习拳,寒风袭来,有为何身在此处之感。春天晨练,鸟语花香,天光大亮。月亮在阳光中,若隐若现。拳场音乐此起彼伏,甚为热闹。窃以为练拳还是无音乐为好,若是一个旋律倒也无妨。就怕几个旋律,此来彼往,夹身其中~~~痛苦不堪!更有甚者,回到家中其旋律,在脑中自动播放,人欲停而旋律不止~~~成为一病。</font><span><br/></span><font size="5"><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: ?"><font face="Times new=" Roman? New?> </font></span><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 黑体"> </span><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 黑体">有拳友谈到伸筋拔骨,说要用力。李雅轩大师也谈到:“</span></font><span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 黑体"><font size="5"><span>练柔,练软。将身上的韧带拉长,又要有伸缩力,虽是这样的练筋骨肌肉有点痛,当克服之,不如此练不出好的功夫来。”那么当如何伸筋拔骨呢?</span>杨澄甫十要中,讲到用意不用力时,进一步解释:“此全是用意不用力。练太极拳,全身松开,不使有分毫之拙劲,以留滞于筋骨脉之间,以自缚束。然后能轻灵变化,圆转自如。”窃以为“全身松开”的重点就是伸筋拔骨。接着大师又说:“盖人身之有经络,如地之有沟壑。沟壑不塞而水行,经络不闭则气通。如浑身僵劲充满经络,气血停滞,转动不灵,牵一发而全身动矣。”由此可见,伸筋拔骨靠气血撑开。具体做起来有点像伸懒腰,虽然没用力但是关节筋骨之间又有点紧张。拳友所说用力也许就是指这点“紧张”。现在我盘架子就像这个样子。平时动起来关节之间好像添了润滑油一般轻灵。<br/> <span style="COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 黑体">写到这里好像有点走题。不管了,反正就是自己的一点感想,也不知道是否正确,先写出来请李老师和各位拳友来指正。</span><span></span></font></span><br /><div align="right"><font color="#000066">[此贴子已经被作者于2009-4-25 10:24:00编辑过]</font></div>
